Quality policy
Deliver exactly what was promised — and prove it.
We commit to written specifications with every buyer, then back them up with on-site testing, three-stage inspection and full documentation. Non-conforming lots are rejected at our cost — not passed on to you.

Raw material inspection
Every incoming lot is sampled, logged and tested against agreed specifications before it enters our warehouse.
In-process quality checks
Our supervisors monitor packing lines with hourly sampling and photographic reports.

Pre-shipment inspection
Final lot is inspected by our QC team, with third-party inspection (SGS, Bureau Veritas, Intertek) on request.
Documentation & traceability
Each consignment is issued a QC report and lot-traceable batch number for full recall capability.
